摘要
为提高对吐丝机等高线设备的事故预知与维修能力,达到降低成本、减少事故发生频率的目的,本文重点研究了吐丝机网络监测诊断系统—LeadMeasur-GX2系统在线材生产过程中的应用情况,通过对系统运行情况的分析,总结出了包括吐丝机在内的精轧机组的振动情况与事故之间的因果关系,从而对事故进行前瞻性的预测,实现了对重大故障的及时发现与处理,保障了设备的安全可靠的运行,降低了设备故障率。
Equipment of high speed wire-rod including Laying Head is fitted with on-line monitoring system in order to improve the ability of predictive maintenance of highline equipment like Laying Head, and to achieve the goal of lowering costs, cutting down the time taken by accident. Through the operation of the system, catastrophic failure can be discovered in time, which plays a positive and secure role in the safe and reliable operation of equipment and thus reduces equipment failure rate.
