To Strengthen Municipal Engineering Construction Management to Improve the Quality of Municipal Engineering

目前我国市政工程普遍存在着施工设施普遍老化、超标违章作业严重、施工现场监控管理薄弱等一系列集中性的阶段问题,这在很大程度上制约了整个市政工程系统的稳定、协调、高效运转。制定切实可行的施工管理措施,坚持既定的施工管理方针,稳步贯彻落实于施工实践之中,从而实现市政工程系统的安全、稳定、持久运转。

At present, there exists a series of concentrated stage problems in China＇s municipal engineering, such as general aging of construction facilities, serious exceeded illegal operations, and weak monitoring and management of the construction site etc., which restricts the stable, coordinating and efficient operation of the entire municipal engineering system to a great extent. To develop practical measures to construction management, adhere to the established construction management policies, and steadily implement these policies to construction practices, in order to achieve the safe, stable and durable operation of municipal engineering system.
