西北地区基础设施建设成就及问题研究——以甘肃、青海、新疆为例

Research on Achievements and Problems of Infrastructure Construction in Northwest Regions: Taking Gansu,Qinghai and Xinjiang as Examples

西部大开发战略实施10年来,西北三省(甘肃、青海、新疆)的基础设施建设投资逐年增长,基础设施建设规模不断扩大。本文通过对比西北三省与西部、全国的基础设施投资水平和建设规模情况,得出目前西部基础设施建设存在的一些问题,提出相应解决措施,可为西部基础设施建设工作的继续推进提供一定参考。

Since the implementation of western development strategy for 10 years, the infrastructure investment is increasing year by year in three northwestern provinces （Gansu, Qinghai, Xinjiang）, and the scale of infrastructure construction is expanding. By comparison on conditions of construction scale and the level of infrastructure investment in three northwestern provinces with the western regions and country, this paper gets some problems existing in current western infrastructure construction, and puts forward corresponding solutions, which can provide reference for further promoting the western infrastructure construction.
