简述职业指导实践若干经验

Experience of Career Guidance Practice

大学生职业指导有利于学生更好地了解社会、树立正确的职业观,有利于学生全面发展。本文针对当前高职院校开展的基本情况,分析其中存在的问题,并以笔者所在学校职业指导的实践经验为例,对做好高职学生职业指导工作提出了相关的建议。

Students＂ vocational guidance is conducive to students to better understand the community and establish a correct view of career, and is conducive to the overall development of students. In this paper, based on the basic situation of career guidance in vocational colleges, the existing problems are analyzed, and recommendations are proposed to do well the career guidance by taking the author＇s practical experience as an example.
