摘要 对黏度指数改进剂氢化苯乙烯/共轭二烯烃(丁二烯、异戊二烯)共聚物(HSD)进行了FT-IR、1H-NMR和DSC测试,研究表明,HSD是一种高度氢化的高丁二烯含量的苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物,苯乙烯的质量分数为18.50%,丁二烯的质量分数为81.50%,丁二烯氢化度为98.20%。通过凝胶色谱GPC测试,HSD12F数均分子量为4.59×105g/mol,单臂数均分子量为6.47×104g/mol,表明HSD12F是一种星型的苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物,其臂数为7.10,耦合效率为86.44%,耦合效率越高,增粘性能越好。通过DSC测试,表明HSD12F软段氢化丁二烯的玻璃化转变温度为-76℃,不存在微晶结构。 molecular structure of viscosity index improver polystyrene-polydiene block copolymer (HSD) is tested by FITR and 1H NMR. The results show that HSD is a kind of highly hydrogenated and high butadiene content of the polystyrene-polydiene block copolymer. The mass fraction of styrene and butadiene is 18.50% and 81.50 % respectively, and the hydrogenate degree of butadiene is 98. 20%. Tested by geI permeation chromatography (GPC), the number average molecular of HSD12F is 459,000 g/mol, and the singe arm number average molecular is 64 700. it shows HSD12F is a star polystyrene-polybutadiene block copolymer, the number of arms is 7.10, and coupling efficiency is 86.44 %. With the coupling efficiency increasing, the thickening ability gradually increases. By DSC test, it shows that the glass transition temperature of HSD12F hydrogenated polybutadiene is - 76 Z; and the microcrystalline structure does not exist.
