茶多酚/壳聚糖-尼龙6复合薄膜的制备及抗菌性能 被引量:3

摘要 为开发具有长效抗菌高分子材料以满足人们对其日益增长的需求,以天然提取物茶多酚为抗菌剂,壳聚糖为改性剂,尼龙6为基体,通过溶液涂膜成功制备了高分子复合抗菌薄膜,并讨论了抗菌剂含量、基体组成等对复合薄膜亚微观结构及抗菌性能的影响。结果表明,未加壳聚糖时,抗菌复合薄膜中,茶多酚多以吸附形式存在于尼龙6球形线团表面,其降低了尼龙6高分子链之间的相互作用力与链排列规整性;当加入壳聚糖时,所得抗菌复合薄膜的基体转变成为丝状、层状结构,同时,壳聚糖的存在有效地保护了茶多酚,使其复合薄膜抗菌性能显著地提高。 As the increasing demands of antibacterial polymer materials, antibacterial composite membranes have been fabricated by a solution spreading method with tea polyphenols(TP) as the antibacterial agent, the chitosan as the modifier and nylon-6 as the polymer matrixes. The influences of the contents of TP and the compositions of the polymer matrix on the microstructures and anti-bacterial properties of the composite membranes were investigated. The results indicate that: TP existed on the surface of the nylon-6 chain coils and it deteriorates the arranging regularities of nylon-6 molecular chain. After introducing chitosan into the polymer matrix, the phase morpbologies of the composites change from the coil spheres to the layered shape. Meanwhile the chitosan effectively protects TP in the matrix, therefore, the antibacterial properties of the TP/chitosan-nylon-6 composite membranes are promoted, comparing to the TP/nylon-6 composite membranes.
