摘要
介绍了磁悬浮自轴承电动机的结构及特点,并以转矩绕组磁场极数为4的自轴承电动机为例,研究了径向力的产生过程。以TMS320C40为控制器CPU,构建了一个控制系统的实验平台。最后,通过对系统进行实验测试,证明在p+2算法中电动机旋转和悬浮控制是稳定的,而在p-2算法中旋转力矩较弱,实验结果与理论计算基本一致。
The configuration of magnetic suspension bearingless were introduced. A 4 magnetic poles motor was taken as an example, the principle of radial suspension forces in bearingless motors were researched. An experimental platform for control system was set up with TMS320CA0 as the controller's CPU. The control system was tested. The conclusions results agree with the theory results. Rotation and levitation control is stable in p+2 algorithm. Rotary torque is weaker in p-2 algorithm.
