微型电动汽车用FSPM调速系统建模仿真

摘要 分析了一种适用于微型电动汽车低压大电流运行场合的磁通切换电机,并对电机及其调速系统进行了建模与仿真。分析了FSPM定转子坐标系下的数学模型,并利用MATLAB/Simulink建立了仿真模型,在此基础上构建了FSPM基于SVPWM的矢量控制系统,对其进行了仿真分析。仿真表明,该电机及系统能满足微型电动汽车运行场合加速、重载爬坡等不同运行工况,同时具有稳态精度高、动态响应快、抗扰动能力强等优点,为该电机实验控制系统设计和调试运行提供了充分的理论依据。 In this paper,a kind of low voltage large current flux-switching permanent-magnet machine (FSPM) suitable for tiny electrical car was put forward, and the drive system of FSPM was modeled and simulated. The mathematical model of FSPM under the stator and rotor coordinate system was analysed in this paper, and the vector control system under SVPWM of FSPM was set up based on the modeling simulation by the MATLAB/Simulink. The simulation show that motor and system can satisfy all sorts of circumstances such as start, accelerate, overload etc on tiny electrical car, and has the advantage of high steady precision, fast dynamic response, strong anti-disturbance capacity etc, and it also provides sufficient theoretical basis for designing and adjusting in practical control system.
