摘要
提出一种在FPGA中硬件实现振动频率检测的设计方案。基于该方案,控制系统能够对传动系统中的扭转振动进行连续的在线检测。并详细介绍了主要模块的划分和实现,通过使用改进的FFT算法及流水线技术,显著提高了设计的运算速度。最后对设计进行了系统仿真和验证。
A design of the FPGA hardware implement of vibration frequency detection was proposed. Based on this design, the continuous and online monitoring on the torsional vibration of drive system were provided. The division and achievement of the main modules were introduced. The computational speed of the design was significantly improved by using the improved FFT and pipeline technology. The design was simulated and validated.
