Z源逆变器在永磁同步电动机驱动系统中的应用

摘要 基于永磁同步电动机(PMSM)矢量控制原理,给出系统主电路并分析其工作原理及控制策略。将Z源逆变器应用于PMSM驱动系统,利用阻抗网络将前端二极管整流器与逆变桥连接,通过实时调整空间矢量调制中的直通时间,获得逆变桥侧稳定直流电压,有效度越电网电压跌落故障,降低网侧电流谐波,提高系统功率因数及可靠性。仿真结果验证了Z源PMSM驱动系统的可行性与优越性。 Based on vector control principle of permanent magnet synchronous motor, the operating principle, control strategy and circuit analysis were given. Z-source inverter(ZSI) was adopted in the PMSM drive system, and it was coupled with diode rectifier and inverter using a unique impendence network. In order to obtain the steady DC voltage in the inverter bridge side, shoot-through time interval in space vector pulse width modulation of ZSI was real-time adjusted. The system can provide excellent features under voltage sags, reduce line harmonies, and improve the power factor and reliability. The MATLAB simulation results verifies the feasibility and superiority of PMSM drive system by Z source inverter.
