从现实性和可能性出发,高职院校素质教育体系建设必须率先以核心体系为突破口,构建高职院校素质教育的核心体系应该注重课堂和文化两大元素,并围绕两大元素进行素质教育的课程化、实践化和企业元素应用化的建设。

From the reality and possibility, the construction of quality education system in Higher Vocational Colle- ges must lead the core system to make a breakthrough, and should pay attention to the two elements： classroom and culture, and develops construction of curriculum, practice and application of enterprise elements of quality educa- tion around the two elements.
