Trade and Investment Facilitation is the main promotion of Regional Economic Integration and necessary for regional economic cooperation. The paper describes the great significance and strategic concept of promoting the Trade and Investment Facilitation in Guangxi after the completion of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area （CAFTA）, then proposes some relative countermeasures.
