Research on the Cooperation Mechanism of Lancang-Mekong River Water Resource

水资源是大湄公河流域最丰富、最具开发价值的战略性资源。本文根据目前大湄公河流域各个国家参与开发该区域现状,探讨今后澜沧江—湄公河流域水资源合作机制,以期有效协调各机制、各行为体之间的关系,从而更好地推动此区域水资源开发利用的合作进程。

Water resources is the strategic resource which has the most abundant and development value in Mekong River Basin. According to the developing and cooperating situation between GMR countries involved in the regional cooperation, the paper explores the future cooperation mechanism of Lancang Jiang-Meikong River water resource to coordinate the mechanisms and the relationship between behavior bodies effectively, so as to promote the development and utilization of the collaboration process of regional water resources better.
