摘要
以均三甲苯和多聚甲醛反应合成了1,3,5-三氯甲基-2,4,6-三甲基苯、2,4,6-三甲基苄氯等化合物,并利用红外、核磁、气质联用等手段对产物的化学结构进行了鉴定。通过高效液相色谱对反应主要产物进行跟踪,得到了氯甲基化反应过程中主要产物的变化规律。
The chloromethyl-substituted 1,3,5-trimethylbenzenes such as 1,3,5-trichloromethyl-2,4,6- trimethylbenzene, 2,4,6-trimethylbenzyl chloride were prepared from the reaction of 1,3,5-trimethylbenzene and paraformaldehyde in the presence of hydrogen chloride, and they were charaterized using IR,NMR,GC-MS. The reaction profile of chloromethylation was also obtained using HPLC.
