摘要
利用量子波导理论研究内切旋转环介观结构中的电子输运性质。结果表明了内切旋转环中的电子透射几率不仅与外环的半径有关,而且与旋转环的旋转角度有关,说明要调制电子的透射几率可以通过调节旋转环的旋转角度来实现,这一理论结果将对实验的研究有一定的参考价值。
In this paper,based on one-dimensional quantum waveguide theory for mesoscopic structures and the boundary conditions of the wave function at an intersection,the transport properties of electrons in inscribed ring mesoscopic structure are discussed.The studies show that the transport properties of electrons not only depend on the sizes of ring,but also on the angle of rotation of the rotating ring.Moreover,if adjusting the angle of rotation of the rotating ring,one may modulate the transport properties of electrons.So,the theoretical model could be useful for the practical application of the mesoscopic device.
