摘要
采用Peaker变分法,研究极性晶体膜中量子比特及其声子效应。晶体膜中这样的二能级体系可作为一个量子比特。当膜中电子处于基态和第一激发态的叠加态时,电子的概率密度在空间作周期性震荡,得出了振荡周期随耦合强度的增加而减小,随膜厚的增加而增大。
By using variational method of Peakar type,the qubit and its optical phonon effect in a polar slab is studied in this paper.The system in a polar slab may be employed as a system-qubit.When the electron is in the superposition state of the ground state and the first excited state,the time evolution of the electron density can be obtained.It shows that the period of oscillation decreases with the strength of coupling increasing,but increases with the slab thickness.
