摘要 研究了低损耗陶瓷配方以及工艺技术,采用超细高纯Al2O3粉,并通过液相金属盐沉淀包覆法,将烧结添加剂MgO均匀添加到Al2O3粉中,然后采用特殊二次烧结工艺,控制陶瓷材料的显微结构,提高陶瓷的致密性,消除气孔,获得致密的Al2O3陶瓷材料。分析了样品的抗弯强度、晶相组成、微观形貌以及介电性能。该方法将陶瓷材料的介电损耗降至6.84×10-4,为今后微波毫米波传输介质的应用奠定了基础。 The compositions and technology for low loss ceramic were discussed in this paper.Low loss ceramic was prepared by Al2O3 powder and some additives,for example of MgO.The additives were deposited on Al2O3 powder in liquid solution,enwrapping the surface of Al2O3 powder uniformly to make composite powder.The compact ceramic was prepared by two-sinter technology to ensure densification and perfect microstructure.Bending strength,phase composition,micro-morphology and dielectric loss of the low-loss ceramic sample were measured. The dielectric loss of the ceramic is 6.84×10-4.This research work supports the application of low-loss ceramic in microwave and millimeter-wave medium.
