摘要
针对一起电能计量装置数据异常现象,对CVT进行现场误差测试,发现0.2级CVT电压计量误差达0.30%~0.45%,通过原理分析认为CVT高压电容部分元件击穿是造成误差大的原因,并提出在系统运行方式许可时,电能计量装置中电压互感器选用电磁式电压互感器的建议。
In view of unnormal data of electric energy measurement,makes the CVT site error test, finds the error of 0.2 level CVT electric energy measurement is 0. 30% 0.45% ,through principle analysis, and considers that CVT high voltage capacitor breakdown is leading the large error, and advances the suggestion that voltage interconvert should choose electromagnetic voltage interconvert during permissive system operation mode.
