摘要
介绍大型空冷机组真空系统泄漏的危害和诊断特点,阐述大型空冷机组真空系统泄漏诊断使用的氦质谱检漏技术与超声波检漏技术的检测原理和方法,提出2种检漏技术相结合诊断真空系统泄漏的方案及其应用建议。
This paper introduces endangerment and diagnosis characteristic of vacuum system leakage diagnbsis of large air cooling unit, expounds detection principle and method of ap- plied technology of helium mass spectrometric leakage detec- tion and ultrasonic detection in the vacuum system leakage diagnosis of large air cooling unit,puts forward project and ap- plication suggestion of vacuum system leak diagnosis through combine with two detection technology.
