摘要
通过对黄河上游某水电站硫酸盐侵蚀破坏情况的现场调研,应用XRD、SEM/EDS、BSEM/EDS和MIP等现代分析测试方法,分析确定了现场工程水泥砂浆样品硫酸盐侵蚀产物主要是碳硫硅钙石、钙矾石和石膏,且主要富集在水泥浆体和细集料界面过渡区,S元素含量在侵蚀产物生成区比较高,向其周边逐渐减小,砂浆孔隙率和最可几孔径从内部到表层逐渐增大,孔隙粗大化。另外,进一步讨论了三种类型的硫酸盐侵蚀导致该工程破坏的原因。
A site survey was made on a hydroelectric power station located in the upstream of Yellow River.Some samples taken from the attacked hydroelectric power station were analyzed with XRD,SEM/EDS,BSEM/EDS and MIP.It is shown that the cement mortar of the station was deteriorated due to the formation of thaumasite,ettringite and gypsum,and the products in the paste-sand interfacial transition zone were enriched.Sulfur content in the products generation area was higher than that in the edge.The porosity and the most probable pore diameter in the outer surface of the mortar increases by degrees compared to that in the inner part.In addition,three kinds of sulfate attack leading to the deterioration of the engineering were also discussed.
