摘要
为了解MgO外掺量对不同介质膨胀性能的影响规律,进行了不同MgO外掺量情况下的水泥净浆、水泥砂浆、混凝土砂浆的压蒸膨胀率和混凝土的自生体积变形试验。试验结果显示,不同介质的压蒸膨胀率和混凝土的自生体积变形均随着MgO外掺量的增大而增大。当MgO外掺量过大时,经过压蒸后各种介质的试件都因过大的膨胀力造成外观的弯曲变形。研究成果对MgO混凝土膨胀变形测定方法的制定和最大MgO外掺量的确定具有参考意义。
In order to reveal the influence rule of MgO content on deformation of medium,experiment of autoclave-treated expansibility and autogenic volume change of concrete of different MgO content in neat cement paste,cement mortar,concrete mortar were taken.The result showed that the autoclave-treated expansibility and autogenic volume change of concrete increased with the MgO content increased.When excessive MgO was mixed,autoclaved specimens of different medium were bent due to excessive expansion.The result was useful to establish the measuring method of MgO concrete's expansion and to determine the maximum MgO mixing amount.
