后张预应力结构灌浆料的流变特征及应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 结合国内外后张预应力结构灌浆料标准,特别是JTG/T F50—2011《公路桥涵施工技术规范》对灌浆材料的各项指标提出了更高的要求,同时也规定了材料的搅拌速率是1 000转/min。研究开发的CGM-12b预应力结构灌浆料在不需添置新设备的基础上,采用常规200转/min的胶砂搅拌机搅拌,各项指标均满足标准要求,体积稳定性和防腐性能优异,在多个项目上面应用效果良好,大幅度降低了试验和施工设备费用。 Combining domestic and foreign standard of grouting material of post-tensioned pre-stressing concrete structure,Especially "Technical Specification for Construction of Highway Bridge and Culvert"(JTG/T F50—2011) has put forward higher request of the index of grouting material,and also stipulated the material mixing rate is 1 000 r/min.High performance of the CGM-12 grouting material of post-tensioned pre-stressing concrete structure is given,which is mixed with sand mixer mixing on the basis of the conventional 200 r/min glue,and all the indexes meet the standards,volume stability and the anticorrosion performance is excellent.its application effect is good in multiple projects,reduced the test and construction equipment costs.
