摘要
以水玻璃为主要原料,加入甲基硅醇纳、尿素、重铬酸钾等进行改性,采用正交试验的方法,获得水玻璃基养护剂的最佳配合比。通过SEM、XRD分别研究了各种养护方法下混凝土表层的微观形貌和结晶程度,试验结果表明:相对于空白样和标准养护试样,喷涂养护剂试样表层更加致密,结晶程度更好。探讨了用水量对养护剂性能的影响,并比较各种养护方法下,混凝土抗压强度、抗渗及耐磨性之间的关系,结果表明:喷涂养护剂试样的后期抗压强度、渗水高度与标准养护相当,比空白样更好,喷涂养护剂试样的耐磨性明显优于标准养护和空白样。
Concrete curing agent was prepared with water glass modified by sodium methylsiliconate,urea and potassium dichromate.The optimum formula was obtained by the method of orthogonal test.Concrete surface was carried out by XRD and SEM and the results showed that compared with comparative samples and the samples by standard curing,the samples cured by curing agent showed better compactness and the degree of crystallization.The relationship between the amount of water and performance of curing agent was studied,and the difference in compressive strength,permeability and wearability of concrete under different curing methods was studied.The results showed that penetrative depth and compressive strength of the samples cured by curing agent are as much as the samples by standard curing,but better than comparative samples,and the wearability of the samples cured by curing agent is better than that of comparative samples and the samples under standard curing.
