从伤寒论治,出现寒温的分论,到治伤寒详寒略温,后产生温病学派的分岐与寒温之争的交点等方面,阐述了伤寒学派与温病学派的学术争鸣与学术融合,伤寒学说是温病学说的基础,温病学说是伤寒学说的发展,二者有着密切的联系,达到寒温的统一。为外感热性病治疗奠定了理论基础。

This article discussed the cold damage school and warm disease school from aspects including the treat- ment of cold damage disease, the differentiation of cold and warm, more attentions to treating cold and the production of warm disease school, and other aspects. Cold damage theory is the basis of warm disease theory, while the latter is the de- velopment of the former. The two theories are closely linked to unify cold and warm together, providing theory basis for treating diseases caused by exogenous factors.
