摘要
目的:通过全基因组基因谱的表达,研究与原发性膝关节骨性关节炎相关的全部差异表达基因,从而进一步探讨软骨差异表达基因与本病的相关性,寻找治疗本病的新靶点和新方法。方法:对12例原发性膝关节骨性关节炎病变软骨与4例正常膝关节软骨标本分别进行全基因组芯片分析,在每张芯片上所拥有的40000个点上检测出16例样本所共同拥有的基因表达。结论:原发性膝关节骨性关节炎的发生与关节软骨中的差异表达基因有相关性。
Objective:Through the whole genome genetic spectrum of expression, all related genes differential expres- sion of patients with knee osteoarthritis were studied. It further discussed the correlation of cartilage differentially ex- pressed genes with the disease,looking for tnew targets and new methods for this disease. Method:The cartilage of 12 ca- ses of primary knee osteoarthritis and 4 normal knee cartilage specimens were made the analysis of genome chips. In each chip there are 40000 points which had the common owned gene expressions in 16 testing samples. Conclusion:Primary knee osteoarthritis occurrence and the articular cartilage differentially expressed genes have correlation.
