Discussion on Theory of Phlegm and Blood Stasis Accumulation for Hypertension

原发性高血压病证属中医"眩晕"、"头痛"等范畴,痰瘀互结证为其常见证型。为能充分了解痰瘀互结型高血压病形成的病理基础,以期更好地指导高血压病的临床治疗,就痰瘀的形成及痰瘀互结与高血压的相关性做一论述。

Essential hypertension is attributable to vertigo, headache syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine. Syn- drome of phlegm and blood stasis accumulation is the common syndrome. In order to fully understand the pathological ba- sis of phlegm and blood stasis type of hypertension, and guide the clinical treatment of hypertension, this paper makes a discussion of the formation of phlegm and blood stasis and the relevance of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome and hyper- tension.
