食管癌患者中医体质与生命质量的相关性研究

Study on Relation of Quality of Life and Physical Status of Chinese Medicine of Patients with Esophageal Carcinoma

目的:通过对食管癌患者生命质量及中医体质辨识的流行病学调查,探讨中医体质与生命质量的关系。方法:采用分层随机抽样方法,抽取387名食管癌患者进行生命质量与中医体质量表调查,并使用方差分析与logistic回归进行统计分析。结果:食管癌患者存在不同类型中医体质,平和质患者生命质量优于其他偏颇体质,不同体质可影响生命质量的多个维度。结论:食管癌患者生命质量受多种中医体质影响,为提高生命质量水平,中医调适应以平和质为目标。

Objective ： To explore the relation of quality of life and physical status of Chinese medicine by epidemiologi- cal investigation of patients with esophageal carcinoma. Method：The date of 387 patients with esophageal carcinoma had been analyzed by ANOVA and logistic analysis after stratified random sampling. Result ： The quality of life of patients with constitution of yin - yang harmony has higher scores than others ; physical status of Chinese medicine is related to different dimension of quality of life. Conclusion：The quality of life of patients with esophageal carcinoma have been influenced by physical status of Chinese medicine. The physical status of Chinese medicine of patients should be adjusted accordingly into constitution of yin - yang harmony.
