摘要 目的:葎草不同部位总黄酮含量的测定。方法:以芦丁为对照品,采用超声提取法提取总黄酮,用亚硝酸钠-氯化铝-氢氧化钠显色法。通过紫外可见分光光度计测定律草不同部位总黄酮的含量。结果:检测波长为510nm,芦丁在浓度0.024~0.064mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程:y=0.0817x-0.0018(R2=0.9995),1h内基本稳定(RSD=0.364%),重复性较好(RSD=0.600%),加样回收率为99.46%(RSD=1.685%)。结论:葎草中花冠总黄酮含量最高,叶次之,总黄酮含量最低的是种子。 Objective : The content of the total flavones of different parts of Humulus was determined. Methods : With the rutin as the reference substance, the total flavones was extracted by Ultrasonic extraction. It was a good condition that the concentrations of NaNO2 ,A1C13 and NaOH were 5% , 10% and 4% respectively. And the UV - Vis spectrophotometry was used in the determination of the concentration of the total flavones of different parts of Humulus. Result .The concen- tration of the flavones in Humulus was detected when the wavelength was 510nm. The rutin concentration within the scope of 0. 024 - 0.064mg/mL had a good linear relation. The regression equations : y = 0.0817x - 0.0018 ( R2 = 0. 9995 ). The stability was good within 1 hour( RSD = 0. 364% ). The degree of the precision was good( RSD = 0. 600% ). And the re- covery rate was 99.46% ( RSD = 1. 685% ). Conclusion : The concentration of the total flavones of the corona of Humulusis the highest, that of the leaf is the second and that of the seeds is the lowest.
