青少年心理满意度调查分析及其团体辅导干预

A Probe into Teenagers' Psycho Satisfaction and the Group Counseling Intervention

目的:调查青少年情感满意及心理健康状况和自卑的特点及相互关系,探索青少年情感危机补偿的团体干预模式。方法:采用《中国中学生心理健康量表》、《情感量表》、《自卑心理诊断量表》对江西省上饶市3所中学共210人进行了测查。结果:青少年心理健康总检出率为32.07%;青少年自卑心理主要表现为Ⅱ型自卑,男生自卑心理强于女生;男生总体情感指数得分高于女生,相较女生有更多的积极情感,更少的消极情感。所测查青少年群体心理满意度水平偏低。青少年自卑心理与心理健康各维度及整体、消极情感均呈现显著正相关。结论:青少年心理健康状况总体较好,但与常模相比心理满意度偏低,并且青少年体验到较大的学习压力和较高的因动机与期望引起的自卑。最后提出了改善青少年情感危机的团体辅导干预策略。

Aim ： to probe into the relation between teenagers＇ mental satisfaction, psycho health and their inferiority complex; to explore the mode of the group counseling intervention. Method： to assess 184 students of 3 middle schools in Shangrao, Jiangxi with Chinese Students＇ Psycho Health Scale. The Emotion Scale and Inferiority Complex Diagnosing Scale. Result： the total detection rate of teenagers＇ psycho health is 32.07%; teenagers＇ inferiority complex manifests itself as Inferiority 11; boys＇ inferiority complex is stronger than girls＇ ; boys＇ total emotion index is higher than girls＇ ; compared with girls, boys have more positive emotions and less negative emotions; the level of teenagers＇ psycho satisfaction is relatively low. Teenagers＇ inferiority complex is positively corelated with the different aspects of the psycho health and also corelated with the negative emotions. Conclusion： the general state of teenagers＇ psycho health is good, but, compared with the normal state, their psycho satisfaction is low; teenagers suffer from tense study pressure and high Yin motivation and expectation, which lead to their inferiority complex; to put forward the strategy of group counseling intervention to improve teenagers＇ emotional crisis.
