摘要
笔者作为华南农业大学图书馆一线管理员,利用抽样调查法和读者反馈法,就实际工作中图书拒借现象及其成因,谈谈自己的一些心得,并提出相应的对策。
As one of administrators of the South China Agricultural University Library,the author talks her experiences and proposes some appropriate measures about the phenomenon of books refused and its causes in practical work by the method of sample survey and feedback from readers.
