摘要
结合山西省高速公路建设项目环境影响评价,对高速公路建设项目声环境影响评价中的几个问题进行了探讨,结果表明:环评执行标准的确定、评价等级及评价范围的确定、监测布点及背景值的选择、预测参数的选取直接影响高速公路声环境影响预测结果,上述选择直接决定预测结果与实际情况之间的误差,从而影响声环境保护减缓措施的合理性。
Based on the environment impact assessment of Shanxi expressway construction project,the paper discussed the problems of Highway EIA (Environment Impact Assessment). The results show that the implementation of the standards of the EIA,rating scale and scope of the evaluation, monitoring sites,the choice of background values and prediction parameters have effect on the impact prediction of Highway EIA.
