摘要 与膜内栽培相比,行间覆膜栽培以其明显的增温保墒效果和操作简便、残膜容易回收等优点越来越引起人们的重视,播种面积也逐年扩大。为此,以玉米行间铺膜播种机为研究对象,针对现有机具播种过程存在的漏播和重播现象较为严重、破膜率较高、覆膜边缘不规整影响出苗率等问题,利用三维建模虚拟仿真手段,对其进行了设计,并进行了播种试验研究。试验表明,所设计的行间覆膜种机较好地满足了农艺要求。 Compared with plastic film mulching on the soil,the cultivation of plastic film mulching in the soil furrow has attracted more and more attention,sowing area also has expanded year by year,because its obvious multiple coated cultivation of the raising temperature effect and simple operation,keep moisture residual film easy to recycle more and more advantages.The study on the maize plastic film mulching planter,in view of its the seeding process that missing seed,multi-seed of the phenomenon is serious and ratio of rupture membranes is higher,and coated edge not neat affect germination rate,using 3D modeling in virtual simulation method,has carried on the design and the seeding test research.Experiments show that: the design of covering film between furrows planting machine to meet the agronomic requirements.
