摘要
针对目前我国玉米种植模式及市场需求状况,设计了4YQ-2000型穗茎兼收玉米联合收获机。该联合收获机融合了小麦、玉米及水稻割台技术,将全喂入与半喂入技术有机结合,实现了玉米完全不对行收获及穗茎兼收,可一次完成玉米的不对行切割、输送、摘穗及茎秆切碎等收获作业。通过多次田间实验证明,该机作业性能不受行距限制,并实现了穗茎兼收,各项性能指标达到或超过相关标准要求。
Based on the Maize planting mode and the market requirement,a new tyepe maize combing harvest for corn picker and straw forage was deveopment,which united the technology of maize and paddy harvesters.Technical Data of camactionreel,cutting mechanism,screw conveyor and straw blower relevator,corn ear relevator and corn picker are designed.The result of experiment proved that the harveser can solve the key problem of corn ear and stalk harvesting at the same time.
