摘要
基于宁夏的葡萄种植模式,研制了一种2PM-60葡萄藤埋土机,主要适用于宁夏贺兰山东麓葡萄种植中的冬季掩埋葡萄藤条,确保其安全过冬。作业时,由旋耕刀把土旋松,机组一次完成起土、抛土和输送,并撒在葡萄藤条上,实现掩埋藤条而且不会伤藤条。为此,完成了主要零件的设计计算,制作了样机。该机结构设计合理,布置紧凑,外形新颖,成本低。对样机进行了试验,试验结果满足设计要求。该机经宁夏农机推广站检验合格,并取得推广许可证。
This paper design and make the machine of submerging soils for grape vines based on grape planting pattern in Ningxia.The machine mainly applies to winter buried grape vines in the eastern foot of Helan mountain of Ningxia and ensure its winter freeze.The machine Rrotary pine by rotary knife and complete the rotarying,throwing,conveying soil and withdrawal on the grape vines,It can submerge soils for Grape vines and can not injury the grape vines.The author complete the major part of computational design,make a prototype.The machine structure design is reasonable,compact layout,appearance,and low cost.In this article prototype is test,test results meet the design requirements.The Ningxia agricultural extension station examination and obtain promotional license.
