摘要
为了解决果蔬脱水烘干能耗大的问题,根据压力低时水沸点低的原理,探索低压密封的果蔬脱水烘干方法,研制低压密封的果蔬脱水烘干装置;利用较低温的太阳能热水系统作业为主要能源向果蔬脱水烘干装置供热,以光伏太阳能为辅助能源实现果蔬脱水烘干,并进行了实验研究。实验结果证明,该方法能够在环境温度约50℃、气压约20kPa,高品质地快速实现果蔬的脱水烘干。
In order to solve the energy consumption problems of offruit and vegetable to dehydration drying.Under low pressure,low boiling point of water,the principle of low-pressure sealing method of drying fruit and vegetable dehydration.Development of low-pressure sealed fruit and vegetable dehydration dryer,use of low-temperature solar energy hot water system as the main fruit and vegetable dehydration dryer to heat,photovoltaic solar energy as auxiliary energy for drying fruit and vegetable dehydration,and experimentally research,experimental results show that the method can in about 50 ℃ ambient temperature,atmospheric pressure is about 0.2,the rapid implementation of high-quality dried fruit and vegetable dehydration.
