冬季密闭鸡舍温湿度和氨气浓度分布规律研究 被引量:13

摘要 研究了冬季密闭鸡舍内温度、相对湿度随时间和空间的变化规律,以及鸡舍内温度、相对湿度及氨气浓度的相关性。以密闭笼养蛋鸡舍为研究对象,采用多点测量法和纳氏试剂法,分别对蛋鸡舍内温度、相对湿度和氨气浓度进行现场测试。结果表明:冬季密闭鸡舍内中部温度与氨气浓度均高于两侧,且温度与氨气浓度具有相同的变化趋势,相对湿度则与氨气浓度的变化趋势相反;鸡舍内温度与氨气浓度有强的相关性,相关系数R2=0.971 8;相对湿度与氨气浓度之间没有相关性。冬季密闭鸡舍内氨气浓度主要受温度影响,相对湿度对氨气浓度的影响不明显。 The main goal of the trail was to investigate the change of the temperature and relative humidity and ammonia concentration with the time and space inside closed henhouse in winter.Meanwhile,the correlativity was analysed.The multimetering method was used to monitor the temperature and relative humidity and the ammonia concentration was determined by nessler's reagent colorimetric method.The results showed that the temperature and ammonia concentration were higher in mid than other volume.The similar trend was found between the temperature and ammonia concentration,however it was inverse for the relative humidity and the ammonia concentration.The strong line correlativity was obtained between the temperature and ammonia concentration and R2=0.971 8.Not any correlativity was found between the relative humidity and the ammonia concentration.In winter,the inside ammonia concentration was affected by the temperature.The relative humidity has almost influence on ammonia concentration in closed henhouse.
