柑橘大实蝇成虫的取食、交配和产卵行为

Feeding,Mating and Oviposition Behaviours of the Adults of Bactrocera Minax Enderlein

为掌握柑橘大实蝇Bactrocera minax Enderlein成虫的行为习性,在实验室条件下观察并研究了其取食行为及交配和产卵行为.结果表明,柑橘大实蝇成虫取食前有用口器对饲料进行试探选择并最终停留在喜嗜饲料上吸食的习性;交配行为可分为交配前行为(求偶行为)、雌雄交配及交配后清理等行为过程;产卵行为可分为定位、产卵、产卵完成后续行为等步骤;柑橘大实蝇成虫有多次交配习性,交配行为和产卵行为交替发生.

In order to understand the habits of the adults of Bactrocera minax Enderlein, an important insect pest species of citrus, their feeding, preference to different food, mating and oviposition behaviours were observed in laboratory. The results show that the tested adults of B. mirutx probed and tested different fodders seriatim with their licking mouthparts before feeding on what they preferred mostly. The mating process include pre-mating （courtship）, mating and cleaning after mating. Meanwhile the oviposition processes which consist of orientation, laying eggs and subsequent behaviour are described in this paper. Mating and oviposition behavior of adults occurred alternately.
