Psychological Development of College Student Volunteers——the Deep Interview Analysis of 15 College Student Volunteers

本文通过对长期从事志愿服务的15名大学生志愿者进行深度访谈,试图对志愿者在志愿活动中获得的心理成长做一个探索性的研究。结果发现,通过参与志愿服务,志愿者在个体心理、群体心理以及民族心理方面均获得了成长。在此基础上,进一步讨论了稳定志愿者队伍的策略。

Mter the deep interview and analysis of 15 college student volunteers, who are committed to voluntary service for a long time, we try to make a tentative study about their psychological development during the volunteer activities. The results re-vealed that students, after participating in the volunteer activities, make great progress in the individual mind, group mind and national mind as well. And on that basis, we make further discussions on stability strategy of the volunteer team.
