摘要 辅导员是对在校大学生开展思想政治教育和管理为职业特征的社会角色。辅导员主要通过自己的思想、行为、语言、表情、动作等与学生发生相互作用和相互影响,从而形成职业影响力。辅导员的影响力分为权力性影响力和非权力性影响力,非权力性影响力在学生思想政治教育中占主导地位。本文分析了"90后"大学生心理和行为特点对辅导员发挥非权力影响力的挑战,就如何提升辅导员非权力性影响力提出一定的对策和创新途径。 Instructors play the social role of the ideological and political educators and directors of the undergraduates. Instruc- tors exert their professional influences on students through thoughts, behaviors, speech, facial expressions, and actions. The in- fluences of instructors can be divided into power influences and non - power influences, and the latter plays a leading role in ide- ological and political education of students. Attempts are made in this paper to show the challenges in the practice of instructors' non - power influences in terms of the psychological and behavioral characteristics of the post - 1990s university students. Moreo-ver, the corresponding solutions are proposed.
