小切口辅助复位PFNA治疗高龄不稳定转子间骨折 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨小切口辅助复位PFNA内固定治疗高龄不稳定转子间骨折的方法及疗效。方法 31例患者,男15例,女16例,平均83岁,按Evans-Jensen骨折分型,Ⅱ型3例,Ⅲ型18例,Ⅳ型7例,Ⅴ型3例均行手术治疗。结果所有患者均通过手术期,顺利出院,得到随访,采用Harris评分标准,优20例,良7例,可3例,死亡1例,总优良率87.1%。结论高龄不稳定转子间骨折患者常合并多种疾病,重要器官功能低下,手术风险高,但小切口辅助复位PFNA内固定治疗,安全有效,并发症的发生率较低,值得推荐。
