摘要
发展低碳经济是当今世界经济发展的潮流,是人类可持续发展的必然选择。针对NdFeB永磁体各种防护保护技术的特点,概述了钕铁硼永磁体表面防护处理常见方法———电镀,存在的环保和污染问题。论述了气相沉积技术原理、特点以及在钕铁硼永磁体表面防护处理上的应用。提出了气相沉积金属镀层需要解决的主要问题,而高效、清洁、环保的气相沉积技术是今后钕铁硼永磁体防护热点方向之一。
Low carbon economy is the trend of economic development in the world today. It is the in- evitable choice of sustainable development for human societies. Characterized and summarized are the surface protection technologies, electroplating and vapor deposition, for Nd-Fe-B magnets. There are, however, existing environmental problems such as pollution for the former. In the present paper, we have reviewed the current status of surface protection techniques for Nd-Fe-B magnets. The main is- sues of vapor technology are emphasized on the principles, the characteristics, and its applications. It is finally pointed out that the efficient, clean, and environment friendly physical vapor deposition (PVD) will likely be one of the best choices for the surface protection for Nd-Fe-B magnets.
