Constructivism is contemporarily a new learning theory in the West.Guided by the constructivism theory,this paper carries on the research and practices on personalized college English teaching mode.Researching the specific individualized teaching mode,the practical effect of personalized teaching environment construction and personalized teaching mode are carried on to prove the positive significance of this teaching mode.
