农民参与专业合作社的现实困境与对策——以“渝东北翼”135个样本为例

Realistic Dilemma and Solutions for Farmers' Participation in Professional Cooperatives:Taking 135 Samples of Chongqing's Northeast Wing as an Example

实现农民对专业合作社的有效参与是构建理想专业合作社模式的基本前提。从农民对参与专业合作社的认知、对专业合作社组织形式的期许以及对专业合作社立法扶持政策的评价3个方面进行了实证调研,以解析农民参与专业合作社的现实困境,进而从发挥政府服务型职能作用、构建制度化的专业合作社模式以及细化立法扶持政策3个方面探寻消解现实困境的对策建议。

The basic premise of building professional cooperatives＇ optimum pattern is to realize farmers＇ effective partic- ipation in professional cooperatives. To do an investigation for analyzing the realistic dilemma of farmers＇ participation in professional cooperatives in three types, i. e. , farmers＇ cognition of participating professional cooperatives, farmers＇ ex- pectation to professional cooperatives＇ organizational form and farmers＇ evaluation to professional cooperatives＇ legislation supporting policies. So as to put forward the suggestions of dispelling realistic dilemma in three types, i. e. , exerting gov- ernment＇ s service function, forming institutionalized mode of professional cooperatives and refining legislation supporting policies.
