南方丘陵山区农机社会化服务的困境及对策研究

Research on Restrictive Factors and Countermeasures of Agricultural Machinery Socialization in Southern Hilly Area

现阶段我国农业机械化的发展整体上已步入中级发展阶段,但区域间农业机械化发展水平呈现出严重的不平衡,制约和影响了我国农业机械化发展的整体推进。南方丘陵山区是我国重要的粮油基地,因为地形地貌、社会经济发展水平相对落后等原因,农业机械化发展缓慢。农机社会化服务是促进南方丘陵山区农业机械化发展的有效方式,对促进该区域农业机械化的发展具有重大而现实的意义。为此,提出了南方丘陵山区农机社会化服务的困境及对策。

At present, although the development of the agricultural mechanization in China has stepped into its intermedi- ate stage in the mass, it also takes on a serious state of regional unbalanced, which exerts restrictions of and strong influ- ence on the overall promotion of agricultural mechanization development in China. In southern hilly area, an important grain and soil base of China, due to its local terrains and landforms, relatively backward socioeconomic development and other factors, the agricultural mechanization progress has been slow. Agricultural machinery socialized service is an effec- tive way of and has great practical significance for promoting the agricultural mechanization development in southern hilly area.
