摘要 利用TSZ30-2.0型应变控制式三轴仪测出土壤特性参数,通过数据分析,得出主应力差与轴向应变的关系曲线;应用Solidworks软件建立车轮和土壤模型,将所测出的土壤特性参数输入到土壤模型的定义材料当中,使用Solidworks插件Solidworks Simulation对车轮压缩土壤进行有限元分析,得出车轮与土壤相互作用的应力、应变、位移图。通过这一实例来详细介绍Solidworks软件的有限元分析过程。 Using type TSZ30 2.0 strain controlled triaxial apparatus measures soil characteristic parameters, we con- cludes the deviator stress and the axial strain relation curve through the analysis of data. wheel and soil models are built by Solidworks software. The soil characteristics parameters measured are input to the custom materials of soil model. Use the plug-in solidworks Simulation to analyze the model of wheel compressing soil, and gain the stress figure, strain figure and displacement map of the wheel and soil interaction. In this article, this paper detailed introduces the finite element a- nalysis process of Solidworks software through the examples.
