摘要
在玉米收获时,手工剥皮劳动强度大,需要大量的人力和物力,且易对玉米的表皮造成破坏,降低了玉米的产量和质量。为进一步改进装置,提高生产效率,对重点关键部件进行了改进设计,研制了三相电动机作为动力、全橡胶剥皮辊的小型玉米剥皮机。同时,对其关键部件进行了三维仿真。
As the harvest of corns, manual peeling needs heavy intensity of work, a quantity of labor and material, be- sides, it is easy to destroy epidermis of corns and reduce the production and quality. In order to improve the device to In- crease productivity, the key parts will be improved, which use three phrase generator as power and the peeling-roller is made of gum-elastic. This essay states the machine design of corn peeler and 3-D simulation of the key parts.
