摘要
不当的饲喂工艺和方法会造成奶牛瘤胃pH值波动大和饲喂成本增加等问题,并影响奶牛对饲料的消化和吸收,降低奶牛单产。为此,设计了一种基于双螺旋给料的奶牛精确饲喂装备,实现了奶牛饲喂的自动化、精确化。试验结果表明:该机可靠性高,稳定性好,最大投料量程下投料时间12s,与采用TMR饲喂技术相比,奶牛日产奶量平均提高了3.8kg/头,日产奶量波动值减少1.17 kg,降低47%。
Inappropriate feeding technology and method will cause the fluctuation of the pH value of rumen, which affects the digestibility of diet, increases the feeding cost, and reduces the milk yield of single cow. In this paper, a type of du- al-spiral based precising feeding machine is proposed, which achieves automation and precision of feeding. The experi- mental results showed that this machine had many features including stable feeding status, high feeding precision, high feeding rate (maximum feeding duration was 12s) and high reliability. Compared to TMR feeding technology, the daily milk yield was increased by 3.8kg per day, the fluctuation of daily milk yield was decreased by 47% (1.17kg).
