摘要
利用旋风分离清选试验台和高速摄像设备,以清选系统正常工作状态为基础,采用单独、混合放料相结合的方式,分析了在改变扬谷器转速、物料含水率状态下旋风分离筒内物料各组分的运动状态,为解决旋风分离筒内湿物料的堵塞、长茎秆分离困难等问题提供试验依据。
Using cyclone separating cleaning system test-bed, high-speed camera instrument, to material of normal working condition of the clearing system as the foundation, we analyzed the motion state of material components inside Cyclone separator on the case of changing rotating peed of winnower and moisture content of material. The study provides experimental reference for the plugging of wet material and separation difficult of the long stem in the Cyclone separator.
