摘要 为了提高作业效率,适应大功率拖拉机对配套农机具的需求,设计了一种秸秆还田播种复式作业机。同时,概述了机器总体结构特点和工作原理,对旋耕、灭茬、施肥与播种驱动传动系统进行了设计,确定了旋耕和灭茬粉碎刀辊组件的结构与参数。通过场地检测和田间作业试验,表明机器整机设计结构合理,作业效果好,作业成本低,满足稻茬高度50cm以下及土壤湿度小于30%的旋耕、灭茬、施肥与播种复式作业要求。 In order to improve operation efficiency, meet the needs of agricultural implements matched with high-pow-ered tractors, a straw returning and seeding duplex operation machine was designed, its overall structure and working principle were introduced, rotary tillage, stubble-breaking, fertilizing and seeding transmission mechanism were de- signed, the structures and parameters of rotary tillage and stubble-breaking knife roll sets were determined. The results of performance testing in the ground and duplex working experiments in the field show that the structural design of the ma-chine is reasonable, its operation costs is low, working performance is excellent, the machine meet the requirements of rotary tillage, stubble-breaking, fertilizing and seeding duplex operation while rice stubble height less than 50cm, soil moisture less than 30%.
