The Paradigm Shift of the Evaluation Condition of Ideological and Political Instructors in Institutions of Higher Education

高校辅导员承担着对大学生进行思想政治教育和日常事务管理的责任,加强高校辅导员队伍建设是做好大学生思想道德建设的重要保证。要发掘、培养和发展高素质的辅导员人才就要建立完善、科学、合理的辅导员绩效考核体系。通过分析当前辅导员工作及其绩效考核存在的问题,从人本复归、道德承诺和制度安排三个维度探讨高校辅导员工作绩效评价前提的范式转换。

The ideological and political instructors in institutions of higher education undertake the responsibility of ideological and political instruction and class management. The strengthening of the construction of ideological and political instructors is the guarantee of college students＇ ideological and moral construction. In order to discover, cultivate and develop ideological and political instructors of high quality, it is necessary to establish a completed, scientific, and reasonable performance evalua- tion system. Through the analysis of the problems existed in the current performance evaluation system, this paper expounds the paradigm shift of the conditions of performance evaluation from three perspectives, namely being humanity-based, moral commitment and system arrangement.
